There are so many opinions regarding how we should handle the process of aging. Much of the information on the subject is strictly focused on minimizing the effects of aging--slowing the process and preserving youthful appearance, vitality and health.

The four week program that has been developed at SunRaven will review many elements of these that make the most sense as well as providing a framework for embracing some of the changes that we go through--seeing this period of our lives as yet another opportunity to live more fully.

Renee Simon will join me for this program which will take place on Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 PM beginning on April 26th.

Renee A. Simon is a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist, writer, and seminar leader who specializes in nutrition, exercise, and the mind/body connection. She is President of her own company, Total Wellness, focusing on helping her clients achieve optimal health. She is also a consultant with The Center for Health & Healing which is affiliated with Northern Westchester Hospital, Mount Kisco, New York and has recently published Take Back Your Health – A Total Wellness Guide for You and Your Family.
