SunRaven Book Club

For our next book, we will discuss The Diamond Cutter, by Geshe Michael Roach.
Often referred to as a cross between the Dalai Lama's ethics and Steven Covey's "seven habits", this book will guide us to consider a new approach to living happy, healthy and successful lives--bringing the principles of Tibetan Buddhism into our lives in the west.
Please join us for what should be a great discussion. If you wish, come early and enjoy some of the amazing food at O2 Living's cafe as well (of course, if you are joining us for the Group Juice Fast program, your juice will be waiting!)
